Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the apps published by Verandia Studio, which is operated by Shanghai Gaisheng Culture Media Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"), starting with our ADHD parent record-keeping app (the "App"). Our apps handle information about children, so we keep this policy short and specific.

1. What the App stores

You may enter: your child's nickname, birth year and month, grade, care status, optional sex and medication status; daily notes (study, mood and behavior, school, sleep, growth, appetite, other) including free text you write; medication names and reminder times and whether doses were taken; visit dates, questions for the doctor, and summaries you generate; and, for the in-app "Peace" feature, photos you pick from your library and phrases you write.

2. Where it is stored

• On your device. All of the above is stored locally on your iPhone.
• Optional iCloud sync. If you turn it on, records (not Peace photos or phrases) are synced through Apple CloudKit to your own private iCloud database, using your Apple ID. We have no access to it. Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
• Peace. Peace photos and phrases are not part of iCloud sync. Like other data on your phone, they may be included in your device backups.

3. What we collect

We do not collect your data. The App has no account or login, makes no network requests other than optional iCloud sync, and contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs. Usage counts shown in the App stay on your phone. We do not sell or share your information, and we do not use it for advertising or tracking.

4. Permissions

• Notifications: for local medication and visit reminders. Reminders never include medication names.
• Photos: only the pictures you choose for Peace; they are copied into the App.
• Face ID / Touch ID / passcode: for the optional App Lock. Biometric data is handled by iOS and is never available to the App or to us.

5. Your controls

In the App's settings you can edit or delete any record, export your records as a file (the file is not encrypted, so share it only with people you trust), turn App Lock and iCloud sync on or off, and delete all data. Deleting the App removes its local data from your device. If iCloud sync was on, records in your iCloud remain until you delete them there or use the App's delete-all-data option beforehand.

6. Sharing summaries

Visit summaries are shared only when you choose to, through the iOS share sheet. Once you send a file to someone, its handling is up to you and the recipient.

7. Medical disclaimer and children

The App is a personal organizing and record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical guidance.

The App is for parents and guardians, not for children to use. By using it you confirm that you are the guardian of the child whose information you enter.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the App.
